Sierra designs and implements process control systems, delivers manufacturing automation, and provides systems integration services for a wide variety of industries from Chemicals , Pharmaceuticals , Biotechnology to Automobile ; and for all phases of the process life cycle from laboratory to production.

Our staff includes over 50 full-time engineers and support staff, with more than 100 years of combined experience in process control, manufacturing automation, and systems integration. Every year since 1994, Sierra has hired graduating engineers – many of whom are still with us and form the core of management and technical leadership. Employees have undergraduate and graduate degrees in Instrumentation, Electronics , Computer engineering.
