This Teledyne Dalsa BOA smart camera system performs OCR inspection of printed matters on the wrapper running at high speeds on wrapping machines. I-mark sensor is used to provide trigger signal to camera at such high speeds. If any wrong print or damaged characters in printing is detected by the camera & machine gets stopped or the corresponding wrapped product gets rejected from outlet s per the PLC program.
