The majority of our staff are degree engineering professionals with backgrounds in Instrumentation , Chemical, Electrical, Computer engineering, and computer sciences. We have hired graduating engineers every year since 1994 – many of whom are still with us and form the core of project management and technical leadership. Sierra also attracts highly-experienced, mature engineers who enjoy the interesting work and the opportunity to work with our younger staff. Our ISO 9000-based Quality Management System (QMS) focuses the attention of all employees on the importance of maintaining and improving the quality of all integrated systems and services supplied to our customers. Our employees are trained to understand the Computerized System Life Cycle and our partnership role in assisting our customers’ implementation of the project stages within the Life Cycle. For our pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers, we have also incorporated Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) guidance and methodology.
